Frequently Asked Questions

It’s not unusual for clients to ask us questions. We’ve therefore put together some FAQs to help you find answers to common questions.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

Yes we do. We can re-design your site retaining your company corporate style or we can re-design to give you a complete new image.
No, we do not host websites. What we do is match clients with the best hosting provider for their needs based on their requirements. If the client chooses for us to manage or maintain their website, then we can comfortably work with any hosting provider to provide efficient and effective server administartion on your behalf. They will be more than happy to get you the assistance that you need to ensure that you remain 100% satisfied with your choice to use our web design team for your website needs.

It is helpful to us if you are able to provide text and photographs in electronic form – for example:

Images (.JPEG, .PNG, .psd, .pdf)

Text (.doc, .docx, .txt)

For most projects, a Google Drive link to shared folders for images and text respectively, will be provided to which the client can upload content. Alternatively a client can send us content via email or whatsapp to a group that would be created specifically for the project.

Development time ranges from one (1) to two (2) months pending approved scope of work and timeline. However, most websites would generally take four (4) weeks, granted that we are supplied with all required content (text, final images, files, etc.). MAINTENANCE

we can usually have the updates completed within half an hour to an hour.


Note: For large content updates or development changes, once the client has relayed the needed changes or updates to our team, we will quickly analyze how much time or days it will take to best execute the changes and inform the client in advance so they have an idea of when to expect completion.

Billing

Currently, payments can be made in the form of Cash, Cheques or Wire-Transfer.

Cheques: Please make all cheques payable to Webwaters Online Management Ltd. unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wire-Transfers: can be made to accounts provided on invoices.

On design & development projects, a 45% down payment is required to begin. The balance will be due two (2) weeks upon completion.
Currently, we do not charge VAT on our services. However, we do reserve the right to make changes in relation to this when necessary, and maintain an open policy of informing customers as well as potential clients prior to any changes in service.
